The Everstead at Windrose Preferred Employer Program offers eligible applicants waived one-time application and administrative fees. Applicants employed by any of the following organizations may qualify:

For this program, we have partnered with major employers in Spring, Texas, and local business networking groups in The Woodlands to recognize hardworking members of our community. Applicants who are employed by ExxonMobil’s Spring campus, the Klein Independent School District, Harris County Precinct 4, and HCA Houston Healthcare in Tomball can apply to our new-build homes in Spring, TX, with application and administrative fees covered on their behalf. Based on current one-time fees, eligible applicants save about $215: the $65 application fee and $150 administrative fee are waived as a token of appreciation from our leasing team to your family.

Applicants employed by the following companies and organizations are eligible to apply for waived fees.

ExxonMobil

ExxonMobil’s Spring campus is one of the largest employers in the area, hiring for roles within business development, marketing, accounting, engineering, and data analytics fields. This corporate campus is only 9 miles from The Everstead at Windrose, or about a 16-minute drive from our houses for rent in Spring, Texas. This campus is home to the oil and gas businesses Upstream, Downstream, Chemicals, and XTO Energy companies and associated groups.

Klein Independent School District (ISD)

We value the tireless efforts of our local educators. Our community is located within the Klein Independent School District (ISD) in Harris County, near top-ranked public schools. This makes The Everstead at Windrose an ideal choice for teachers, guidance counselors, administrative staff, and families with students enrolled in the school system.

Benignus Elementary School is just 0.4 miles from our community, or about a 2-minute drive. Krimmel Intermediate School, which serves students in 6th through 8th grade, is also close by at only 0.9 miles from The Everstead at Windrose, or about a 4-minute drive. Klein Oak High School is 3.4 miles from our community, or about a 9-minute drive.

Harris County Precinct 4

Government and public service employees with Harris County Precinct 4 will be pleased to learn that our community is 7.9 miles, or about a 15-minute drive, from the Commissioner Service Center. Harris County is the most populous county in Texas and the third most populous in the United States. Harris County Precinct 4 employees maintain bridges, roadways, community centers, parks, and greenspaces for some of these residents.

HCA Houston Healthcare Tomball

For over 45 years, physicians and medical personnel at HCA Houston Healthcare in Tomball, TX, have served patients in Tomball, Magnolia, and Northwest Houston communities. The hospital is 6.6 miles from The Everstead at Windrose, or about a 16-minute drive, and is equipped with a Level III Trauma Center, an Accredited Chest Pain Center, a Level II Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), and a certified Primary Stroke Center. HCA Houston Healthcare Tomball’s hospital faculty, first responders, and nurse practitioners are all included under our preferred employer program.
